Do you have a lot of openings on your calendar and your top prospects are just out of reach?

The fact is, it’s hard to get a stranger’s attention. Even if you have the solution to all of their problems, you can’t get your foot in the door. 

The average cold email open rate is ~20% and with an average 1-5% reply rate. 

That means you’d need to send between 1,000 and 5,000 emails to get the chance to book a meeting. 

This playbook is designed to help you double, or even triple, the average cold email response rate - that will have your top prospects begging for a meeting.  

Prerequisites 

In order to maximize replies, you’re going to need a few things before you get started. Here’s what you’ll need:

  1. A Lead List
  2. Calendly Link (or some kind of meeting booking tool)
  3. Commitment to send at least 10 videos per day to your lead list

  • Protip - if/when you have a winning script, you can use personalized images to prompt a click with a more generic video. Expect a slight decrease in response rates.
